My wife and I recently had the distinct pleasure of working with Steven Robbins and his team on the purchase of a home in Paradise Valley by our recently graduated son. As this was his first home and our first long distance experience with real estate in Arizona, we were hopeful of receiving "kid glove" treatment. We were not disappointed, but were we pleasantly surprised!
Steven might just as well have been my son's uncle! Not only did he help find the perfect house in one day using the most relaxed, no-pressure tactics I have ever experienced, but he went the extra mile on all aspects of the offer, the inspection (the most professional I have ever seen by a wide margin), the closing, the move (Steven even assisted with his own personal truck to move some difficult items), and settling in. Steven has provided guidance on tree trimming, pool care, handymen, insurance and a variety of issues that only a kindly uncle would normally provide.
In my many real estate purchases around the USA I have never received the kind of support that I have from Steven. And I have never had so much fun dealing with a real estate professional. Thanks, Steven, for the best home purchase I could ever have hoped for.

We are Canadian Snowbirds and upon retirement were looking for a climate where we could spend our golden years and get away from the bitter Ontario winters. We spent a month vacationing in Scottsdale in 1997 and knew we had found the place. The next step was to find a permanent residence and we were referred to Steven Robbins of Realty Executives. Steven spent some quality time with us, to get to know us and ascertain what would be suitable for our needs.
